Hi,

If ordering the interactive guide.. does a hard copy get sent or is it a downloadable version from online? If it does get sent, how long would it take to arrive in Australia (approximately).

I have tried to use the online version and even though I have broadband access to the internet it just doesn’t load fast enough.

Am I missing something?
What is the difference between
the Documentary and the Three Part Series?
Thanks.

Hi Joe – thanks for your question. “The documentary” is the 90-minute, feature-length version of the three-part series. The three-part series is a 3 x 1 hour, more in-depth exploration of the disaster, response and recovery.
